Aluminium & Zinc Sacrificial Anodes Product Range
Engineered specifically for subsea pipelines, SOGEC’s aluminium bracelet anodes provide reliable cathodic protection in harsh marine environments. Cast in our local Saudi Arabian foundry, these custom-fit anodes ensure seamless pipeline integration, preventing corrosion along offshore subsea infrastructure while meeting strict international and Saudi Aramco standards
Built for offshore platforms and steel jackets, our stand-off aluminium anodes deliver high-efficiency current distribution. Designed to prevent structural degradation in deep-sea applications, these DNV-compliant anodes offer long-term corrosion prevention for critical oil and gas offshore assets.
Optimized for large-scale marine terminals, jetties, and offshore platforms, SOGEC sled anodes combine robust structural frames with high-performance Al-Zn-In alloys. They provide dependable, heavy-duty cathodic protection for subsea cables and offshore infrastructure requiring high current output
Ideal for seawater intakes, cooling-water systems, and industrial desalination plants, our weld-on and bolt-on aluminium anodes protect complex water-handling systems from aggressive marine corrosion. Precision-cast to project requirements, they ensure secure mounting and steady electrochemical performance.
Designed for storage tanks, hulls, and specialized structures requiring a low profile, SOGEC flush-mounted anodes offer smooth surface integration without hydraulic drag or structural interference. They deliver targeted, reliable cathodic protection where space and surface aerodynamics or hydrodynamics are critical.
Manufactured strictly to MIL-DTL-18001 and ASTM B418 standards, SOGEC zinc anodes are trusted for tanks, seawater intakes, marine terminals, ship hulls, and ballast tanks. Offering dependable potential performance in saline and mud environments, our locally manufactured zinc solutions safeguard marine assets against premature galvanic corrosion.

Our In-House Sacrificial Anode Manufacturing Process
From raw material alloy selection to final release, our local Saudi foundry follows strict Saudi Aramco and DNV quality controls at every step of production
High-purity aluminium or zinc raw materials are precisely alloyed inside our local Saudi Arabian foundry to meet rigorous international standards, including DNV-RP-B401, MIL-DTL-18001, and Saudi Aramco specifications. Our expert metallurgists control exact chemical compositions to guarantee maximum electrochemical capacity and superior corrosion protection performance.
Steel core inserts undergo thorough high-pressure surface preparation and shot-blasting prior to casting. This critical step eliminates oxidation, scale, and surface contaminants, ensuring exceptional electrical conductivity and maximum bonding strength between the steel core and the sacrificial anode alloy.
Using custom-engineered moulds, molten aluminium or zinc alloy is poured around pre-treated steel inserts under controlled parameters. This precision casting process eliminates voids, cracks, and structural flaws, producing durable sacrificial anodes tailored to exact project dimensions for subsea and offshore deployment.
Cast anodes undergo a strictly regulated thermal cooling process within prepared moulds. Managed cooling rates prevent internal stresses, grain segregation, and micro-porosity, securing uniform metallurgical structural integrity throughout the entire length of the anode body.
Every heat undergoes chemical analysis prior to release. After fettling and surface finishing, anodes complete comprehensive quality checks—including dimensional verification, weight checks, insert bond testing, and electrochemical assessment—with ISO 9001 compliance, complete material test certificates, and third-party witness inspection available.
