Senior Sales Engineer
Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to lead and support the sales and business development efforts for our Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Heat Treatment Services. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of these services, proven experience in client relationship management, and a successful track record in sales and market development in industrial sectors such as oil & gas, petrochemical, power, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Promote and sell NDT and Heat Treatment services by understanding client requirements and offering suitable technical solutions.
  • Follow up regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify future opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver technical/commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Conduct site visits and attend meetings to assess client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business development strategy.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies in NDT and heat treatment.
  • Coordinate internally with operations and technical teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, networking events, and technical seminars.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related discipline).
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales and client follow-up, within NDT and/or Heat Treatment services.
  • Strong technical understanding of NDT methods (e.g., UT, RT, MT, PT, VT) and heat treatment processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to travel to client sites and industrial locations as required.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to work in the field when necessary.

  • Strong industry contacts in oil & gas, petrochemical, and construction sectors.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts with a customer-first approach.
  • Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
